Launching on April 1st, 2026, SOMOS Coliving features 23 private rooms distributed across four floors, with different room types to suit a variety of needs. Each room is thoughtfully designed to combine privacy and functionality. All rooms include a private bathroom and a desk with chair, creating the perfect balance between personal comfort and productivity. Some rooms also feature their own private terrace, adding extra space and natural light.
