Nesting Away is a small coliving in Orte, in the Italian countryside about one hour north of Rome. It is designed for remote workers, entrepreneurs, and freelancers who want reliable work conditions and a real community rather than a hotel or party-house atmosphere. The villa has 7 bedrooms in a 450 m2 property, a dedicated coworking space, 2 Starlink internet networks, shared kitchens, common areas, verandas, a swimming pool, and a 10,000 m2 garden. Guests are screened through a discovery call to keep the community intentional, with check-ins around the 1st and 15th/16th of the month and minimum stays from 2 weeks.
