While you're enjoying the NomadWay mobile application (including the desktop version) ("App"), our websites and microsites (such as www.nomadway.app), or using our digital products and services (together, referred to in this Privacy Policy as our "Services"), we collect some information about you. In addition, you may choose to use the Services to share information with other users. We may also need to share your information sometimes.
The Services are global, and your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than the country you live in. This Policy explains how we protect your personal data when we transfer it overseas, so please read very carefully!

Registration Information
When you download the App and create an account ("Account"), we may collect certain information ("Registration Information") about you, such as:

- Location
- Profile description
This information is anonymized during processing to protect your privacy. Once you register, you will be able to review and change this information at any time by logging in to NomadWay (other than your date of birth). It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details are kept up to date.
Profile Information
We recommend and encourage you to think carefully about the information you disclose about yourself. We also do not recommend that you put email addresses, URLs, instant messaging details, phone numbers, full names or addresses, credit card details, national identity numbers, drivers' licence details and other sensitive information on your profile which is open to abuse and misuse.
Profile Approval
After an account has been created, we review new profiles before approving them. This is to ensure that the profile aligns with our community of digital nomads and remote workers. Profiles may not be approved if:
- The photo doesn't appear to represent a real person
- There is no description
- The description doesn't respect our terms of use
- The profile has no relation to the digital nomad or remote work sector
Geolocation Information
If you have given NomadWay access to your location in your device settings, we will collect information about your longitude and latitude to offer certain features to you. This information is anonymized and helps us identify your general location.
In accordance with GDPR and other applicable data privacy laws, we will explicitly ask for your permission before accessing your location data. You have the right to refuse or withdraw this permission at any time.
You can choose not to provide location information. In this case, you will need to manually select your location from a list of cities or hubs available in the app.
Device Information
We may collect information about your device when you use the Services, including the type of device you use, the device's unique ID, operating system, and other diagnostic data. This information helps us optimize the performance of the App and improve user experience.
